The role requires 6 months to 1 year of outpatient experience, active PT licensure, CPR certification, and current licensure. This position is travel-based, with a 13-week assignment and a 40-hour workweek, including 12-hour shifts with flexibility.

• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Prior experience with the agency is preferred.
