Job summary

Madison Core Laboratories is seeking an experienced Mobile Phlebotomist to travel between service locations across Muscle Shoals, Decatur, Athens, and surrounding areas. You will collect blood and other samples with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring patient safety and consent, while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; 3 years experience preferred.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record and be able to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely collect blood and other specimens.
• Verify patient identity and information using records.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for testing.
• Travel between service locations as required.
• Respond to patient questions and provide information on procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach with diverse patients.
• Adhere to health, safety, infection-control, and lab standards while traveling.
