Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MA-Pbt certification in Washington required.
• Phlebotomy certificate program required.
• BLS (AHA) certification by start date preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with proper identification and safety practices.
• Conduct waived and moderate complexity laboratory testing, including microscopy.
• Record results accurately and maintain lab records and QA/QC activities.
• Interact with patients and healthcare providers professionally and compassionately.
• Follow clinic lab procedures, including HIPAA guidelines and safety policies.
