The position requires WA MA-Phlebotomist certification, a phlebotomy program, and BLS. Schedule is 40 hours weekly with varied shifts; travel to satellite sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified MA-Phlebotomist in WA to perform capillary/venous draws.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Conduct waived and moderate testing including microscopy and EKGs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to lab procedures.
