Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Searcy, AR territory. You will travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSСs, Client Offices, or other sites, ensuring accurate specimen collection and proper patient identification.

You will work independently to handle complex collections while upholding Quest 5Cs—Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsabilités

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures for a variety of tests, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy. Perform data entry as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems or directory of services.
