Additionally, they visit clients and troubleshoots problems with the automated technology. This position acts as the point of contact for the automated dispensing system.Schedule: Day shift with alternating weekendsDuties/Responsibilities:Maintain automated dispensing system inventory and restock on a daily basis.Visit customers to troubleshoot problems and perform audits of medication as necessary.Replenishment and maintenance of expired medication in MedBank as well as loading/destockingEducate customers on utilizing Med Bank systemHandle all automation-related issues.Build relationships with facility administration and staffFollow all applicable government regulations including HIPAAOther duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needsPerform other duties assigned by management.Medication Ekit checksKnowledge of Data Entry and / or IV experience is a plus.Perform other duties assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
