Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Valid RN license in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and irregular schedules.

• Administer medications and treatments, assist during cardiac procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Observe, record, and report patient conditions and responses to interventions.
• Respond to emergencies, document assessments, and educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain confidentiality, and follow safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Valid RN license, BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist with equipment and patient care.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle irregular schedules, and maintain focus.
