Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Travel RN specializing in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or step-down care. You will provide monitoring and bedside care for patients needing close observation, but not ICU-level care.

Responsibilities include stabilizing cardiac patients, dressing changes, IV starts, catheter insertions, and rapid response to emergencies. A strong patient-care focus and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIH certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Close patient monitoring and interpretation of vital signs.
• Deliver bedside care, stabilize cardiac patients, administer medications.
• Respond to adverse symptoms and emergencies; ensure equipment functionality.

Job description
