TotalMed is seeking a PCU RN travel nurse for Charlottesville, VA. The position is in the Progressive Care Unit (Stepdown) with 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, for a 13-week assignment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of acute care experience and current BLS and ACLS certifications. NIH certification may be required, and travel nurses benefit from weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor patients using electronic displays and document vitals.
• Administer prescribed medications and report adverse reactions.
• Operate and adjust monitoring equipment as needed.
• Stabilize patients and coordinate care in PCU/step-down setting.
