Job summary

Amergis, formerly Maxim Healthcare Staffing, is seeking a Progressive Care PCU RN to deliver patient care in a travel assignment based in Beckley, West Virginia. The role involves monitoring telemetry patients, applying clinical judgment, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, efficient progression of care.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, CPR if applicable, and at least 18 years old with one year of nursing experience; PCU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year of nursing experience with PCU experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate current per contract or regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to telemetry/progressive care patients.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and coordinate patient care under supervision.
