TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Beckley, West Virginia. This PCU RN role requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and offers a 13-week assignment with 42 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

As a PCU Travel Nurse, you will monitor cardiac and other vitals, manage medications, and respond to changes in patient condition. This fast-paced role emphasizes bedside care, documentation, and teamwork in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN with 1-2 years of acute care experience.
• PCU/step-down experience preferred.
• Certifications ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH may be required before starting assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor patients and equipment; titrate medications as needed.
• Document care and report changes promptly to the team.
• Assist with IVs, dressings, and routine procedures as assigned.
