Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a travel assignment in Clarkston, WA. The PCU RN will monitor patients requiring close observation and engage in frequent assessments, including cardiac monitoring and medication administration.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recent acute care experience, BLS and ACLS, and is prepared for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights. Travel benefits and continuous education are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• BLS and ACLS required; additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for PCU patients requiring close monitoring.
• Stabilize cardiac patients and administer prescribed medications.
• Monitor patient status and interpret vital signs and equipment readings.
