Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Dayton, Ohio. The PCU RN will monitor patients who require close observation and frequent assessment, manage medications, and operate patient monitoring equipment in a fast-paced setting.

This 13-week travel assignment offers 12-hour daytime shifts, 48 hours per week, and a tax-free stipend is to be determined. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Travel RN with 13-week commitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor and adjust monitoring equipment and IVs.
• Administer prescribed medications and document adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care.
• Transport and assist with procedural care as needed.
