Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. The PCU RN will monitor cardiac patients, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team during 12-hour night shifts.

This 24-week assignment offers 48 hours per week and a travel benefits package. Requirements include 1–2 years of recent acute care experience, BLS, and ACLS; a valid RN license is assumed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs and cardiac rhythm using monitors.
• Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
• Assist with procedures and manage IVs, dressings, and catheters as needed.
