Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• New Business Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: execute outbound campaigns to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with smaller-to-mid-size resorts.
• Sales Presentation & Negotiation Support: prepare materials, assist in negotiations, and present RCI's core products to key contacts.
• Affiliate Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for a designated portfolio of existing resort affiliates; nurture relationships.
• Goal Attainment & Activity Tracking: meet monthly and quarterly targets; track activity in CRM and report progress.
• CRM & Reporting: track all sales and service activities and ensure timely submission of reports to the Director.
• Strategic Support: assist the Director of Sales with research and execution of strategic initiatives.
