Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an energetic Account Executive to support the growth of the RCI network by actively driving new business opportunities and ensuring high engagement with a portfolio of existing affiliate partnerships.

This junior sales position focuses on execution, prospecting, and relationship management, balancing sales (60%) and service (40%) to maximize network value and drive revenue for RCI. The role may require extended travel to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the travel/hospitality industry and corporate sales.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns to identify and secure new opportunities in the RCI network.
• Prepare presentations and support negotiations of standard agreements.
• Manage affiliate relationships and drive engagement with core products.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales activity targets and report progress.
