Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent practical experience (5 years B2B sales).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities for the RCI network.
• Prepare materials and support negotiations for standard agreements.
• Manage designated resort affiliates and drive engagement with core products.
• Track activity and progress in CRM; support strategic initiatives.
