Job summary
Trinity Health FirstChoice in Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced RN for a part-time, weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday) at Trinity Health Grand Rapids. RNs may float across hospital locations and regions as needed to meet patient needs.
You will follow standard nursing processes, practice within your licensed scope, and collaborate to improve care quality and outcomes while adapting to evolving priorities. This role offers flexible scheduling and travel opportunities.
Qualifications
- RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice.
- 18+ months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele or PCU
- 2+ years of experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health
- Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS through American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
- Adhere to standard nursing processes: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
- Act independently within license and scope of practice.
- Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
- Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
