Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for FirstChoice travel assignments. This part-time role offers day and night shift contracts, 13 weeks, and 3x12-hour nights to fit flexible schedules.

FirstChoice RNs are deployed across the health system for short and long-term assignments with premium pay, travel and per diem opportunities, and a variety of practice settings to match your life.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18 months minimum in Med Surg/Tele/PCU; 2 years in other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, PALS required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations/regions.
• Apply nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
