Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a PRN, part-time night-shift role, floating between Grand Rapids and Muskegon. The position offers flexible scheduling and premium compensation for night shifts.

The role requires RN licensure in the applicable state, 18+ months in Med/Surg, Tele, or PCU, and additional credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS/BLS). Start ASAP with up to 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2 years for other specialties.
Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
Apply nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Work independently within license, scope, and experience.
Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
Adapt to new roles and responsibilities and manage competing priorities.
