Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids, via FirstChoice, seeks experienced Registered Nurses for part-time travel assignments across the system. Premium pay and flexible scheduling are offered, with opportunities to travel regionally and nationally.

You will float across units, meet licensure requirements (ACLS/TNCC/BLS as applicable) and deliver high-quality care in Med/Surg, Tele, PCU and other specialties while collaborating with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months recent Med Surg, Tele or PCU clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS, ACLS, PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within scope of practice and licensure.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and outcomes.
• Embrace new ideas and adapt to changing priorities.
