Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for FirstChoice mobile staffing. This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays, with opportunities across hospital locations and regions.

RNs will float to where needed and provide essential bedside care in Med-Surg, Telemetry, PCU, and specialty units. Minimum requirements include RN licensure, 18 months across Med-Surg/Tele/PCU and 2 years in other specialties, plus current ACLS/BLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure valid in applicable practice states.
• 18+ months recent clinical experience in Med Surg/Tele/PCU.
• 2+ years in other specialties; CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS/TNCC/PALS) required.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Apply nursing process: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Work independently within licensure and scope of knowledge.
• Delegate, decide, and own outcomes with accountability.
