Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for a travel assignment in Woburn, MA. The OTA will work under an OT to help patients develop or recover daily living skills, implementing individualized treatment plans.

The role requires 1 year of OTA experience, current BLS, and COTA NBCOT certification, plus state licensure. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic activities, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic activities and interventions under the supervising OT.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the OT.

• Assist patients with exercises and mobility training.
• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
• Maintain treatment area and equipment cleanliness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support care.
