Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer to provide entry level outside plant (OSP) installation support on various sized utility construction project sites. This is a great entry point into the telecommunications industry with a safety-first culture and an ALL IN attitude toward results.

The role involves manual labor, basic equipment operation, and getting trained alongside experienced Laborers and Operators. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive a company vehicle strongly preferred
• Class A CDL License strongly preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks (loading/unloading, photos, traffic control).
• Basic equipment operations with guidance from experienced operator.
• Read prints and construction drawings at a basic level.
