Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support outside plant installation on telecommunications projects. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and basic equipment operation, with opportunities to learn from experienced crew members on diverse sites.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and preferably a Class A CDL. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with nationwide travel and a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred; training available.
• Experience in manual labor outdoors in varied weather preferred.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive company vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual strenuous labor in various weather conditions, including hand digging, installing utilities, moving materials, inspecting ground conditions, and traffic control.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, taking photos, and setting up cones and traffic signs.
• Operates basic equipment under guidance, reading prints and construction drawings as needed.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on site and adheres to company safety culture.
