Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support entry-level outside plant installation on utility construction sites. This role is ideal for individuals entering the telecom space with a safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic.

You will assist with hand digging, material handling, site setup, and basic equipment operation under supervision, while maintaining cleanliness and safety on site and contributing to a customer-centric team culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred in manual labor environments.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL License strongly preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor on outside plant installation sites in all weather conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup, closeout tasks, loading/unloading, and site photos.
• Operates basic equipment under guidance (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck).
• Meets production expectations as directed by Foreman or management.
• Reads prints and construction drawings with basic understanding of safety risks.
