Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Foxborough, MA. The role involves perioperative patient care, room prep, and collaboration with the surgical team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 1 year OR RN experience, MA RN license, and BLS. Preferred ACLS/PALS or CNOR certifications may be required; travel benefits and support are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) current.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with required instruments, equipment and sterile supplies.
• Position and prep patients for surgery, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols.
• Provide instruments and supplies promptly to keep workflow efficient.
• Monitor patient condition during surgery and communicate changes to the surgeon.
• Document all perioperative patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in handoff communications before and after surgery.
• Assist in cleaning and restocking the OR between cases per protocol.
