Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This OR role focuses on open heart procedures and requires strong perioperative experience. Begin 01/04/2027 for about 13 weeks with 40 hours/week and on-site shifts.

Onboarding at the Ruby facility for one week before transfer, mandatory call with nightly and monthly weekend duties, and use of EPIC for charting are expected. BSN not required; housing and travel benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid BLS (AHA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience in cardiac, thoracic, or vascular specialties.
• Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries.
• Support procedures such as CABG and valve repairs.
• Be on-call with specified night and weekend shifts; 30-minute response time.
