Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Recruiter & Mobile Onboarding Specialist to support staffing for large-scale industrial construction and data center projects. You will source, recruit, and deploy craft professionals to travel to various sites, while building strong relationships with candidates and site managers.

This role requires traveling to deployment sites, managing onboarding documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required.
Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience recruiting skilled craft roles within the industry required.
Strong understanding of workforce deployment terminology and safety practices; ability to travel to deployment sites.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and screen qualified craft professionals including welders, fitters, iron workers, helpers, electricians, and engineers.
Develop and maintain pipelines of skilled labor for industrial and data center projects.
Partner with site managers to understand workforce needs and timelines; conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases; coordinate mock interview prep.
