AG in Spring, TX is seeking a Recruiter & Mobile Onboarding Specialist to support staffing for large-scale industrial construction and data center projects. You will source, recruit, onboard, and deploy skilled craft professionals to travel to diverse project sites, building strong candidate pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of craft recruitment, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting skilled craft roles.
• Knowledge of mobilization, per diem, travel pay, and craft classifications.
• Willingness to travel to deployment sites.
• Proficient with ATS and MS Office; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen qualified craft professionals.
• Develop pipelines for industrial and data center projects.
• Coordinate with site managers to understand workforce needs.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases.
• Travel to deployment sites for onboarding and orientation.
