Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel position to support patients\' independence and recovery under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

This role requires 1 year OTA experience, active COTA certification, state licensure, BLS, and strong communication; travel is involved and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an OTA or COTA.
• Current BLS certification.
• COTA national certification and state licensure.
• Knowledge of anatomy, motor function and OT principles.

Role:
