Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist patients of all ages under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to develop, recover, or improve daily living and functional skills. Tasks include delivering therapeutic activities, monitoring progress, documenting performance, assisting with exercises and mobility, educating patients and families, maintaining treatment areas, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with licensing and facility standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 1 year of OTA experience, current BLS and COTA certification, state licensure, and knowledge of anatomy, motor function, and occupational therapy principles. Must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift and assist patients safely.
