Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant to support patients in developing, improving, or recovering daily living and work skills under the supervision of an OT.

You will travel to patient sites across Illinois to deliver therapy and document progress. You will implement therapies, monitor progress, assist with exercises and mobility, educate families, and maintain clean treatment areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an OTA.
• Current BLS and NBCOT (COTA) certification.
• State-specific licensure required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely.
• Knowledge of anatomy, motor function and OT principles.
