Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Marshfield, MO.

The role features M-F, 8-hour days with start times before 6 AM and up to 10 AM, and a schedule that is flexible as long as it is communicated with DOR. Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL impairments, delivering rehabilitative treatment, documenting progress, and collaborating with the health team.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year OT experience.
• LTC or rehab experience required.
• Must have active OT license.
• BLS certification required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment per regulatory standards.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (ADL retraining, therapies).
• Document progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
