Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Mound City, MO. This LTC/Rehab role requires clinical expertise to support cognitive and ADL functioning, with flexible 8-hour days and start times before 6AM and no later than 10AM.

The position offers travel logistics, weekly pay, and a non-taxed stipend, with potential for extension. Active MO OT license and BLS are mandatory, and supervision of assistants is available.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of OT experience.
• Must have LTC or Rehab experience.
• Active OT license at time of submission; Missouri/Compact allowed.
• New grads considered with Level II experience.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatments per regulatory standards.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plans (ADL retraining, exercises, modalities).
• Document progress and adjust treatments in medical records.
• Communicate with supervisors and health team members about progress.
• Provide discharge summaries and participate in meetings.
