Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Marshfield, Missouri.

Positions are Monday to Friday, 8-hour days with flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Start date is 11/2/2026 and compensation includes hourly pay of $32.00 plus a non-taxed stipend. This role requires active OT licensure in Missouri (or Compact) and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 1 year of OT experience.
• Must have LTC or Rehab experience.
• Active OT license at time of submission; Missouri/Compact allowed.
• Must maintain current BLS certification during employment.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL deficits and develop plans of care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments per standards.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and modalities.
• Document progress and adjust treatments in medical records.
