Qualifications

• Active OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL impairments and develop care plans.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Provide patient/family/caregiver education regarding physical disorders and treatment plans.
• Communicate progress with supervisors and health team members; attend required meetings and trainings.
• Supervise OT aides, rehab aides, and students when applicable.
