Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Marshfield, MO. Work days are typically Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day, with flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM as coordinated with DOR.

Start date is 11/2/2026 and you must hold an active OT license for Missouri or be MO-Compact eligible. This position offers competitive hourly pay of $32.00 with a non-taxed weekly stipend and opportunities to contribute to rehab plans for

Qualifications

Must have a minimum 1 year of OT experience.
LTC or Rehab experience required.
Active OT license in Missouri or Compact allowed.
BLS certification during employment.

Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL limitations and develop care plans.
Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment to address cognitive/ADL disorders.
Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan (ADL training, exercises, modalities).
Document patient progress and adjust treatments per regulatory requirements.
Communicate progress with supervisor and health team members.
Prepare discharge summaries and maintain accurate records in EHR.
Participate in meetings and trainings as required.
Supervise OT aides and students when needed.
