OPCO Skilled Management seeks an experienced RN leader to oversee Nursing Services in a skilled care setting. You will ensure care aligns with physician orders and regulatory standards, supervise the nursing team, and manage 24-hour operations under the Administrator's oversight.

The role emphasizes nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while maintaining quality standards and guiding staff in admissions decisions and daily operations.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the relevant state.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate plans for total resident care in line with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies.
• Communicate and interpret policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and may assess prospective residents.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings addressing resident status, census changes, personnel, or concerns.
