Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a recruiter to join our team in the United States. The Recruiter will source, screen, negotiate with, and hire healthcare professionals while executing independent recruiting strategies to grow revenue and profitability.

We offer competitive compensation with a $47,500 base salary plus uncapped commission; top performers can exceed $75,000 in the first year. Build relationships, prospect candidates, and drive successful placements across travel assignments.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing and relationship management.
• Strong sense of urgency and results-driven mindset.
• Effective phone presentation with solid problem-solving, negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders across the selling cycle to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments from all sources.
• Sell assignments to prospective travelers using a consultative sales approach.
• Recruit, screen and evaluate HCPs based on client needs.
• Cultivate a network of potential HCPs and meet company goals.
• Negotiate compensation packages with HCPs while maintaining margins.
• Develop strategies to recruit via email, social media and other channels.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure traveler satisfaction on assignments.
