Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Recruiter to join our Boca Raton team, recruiting, screening, negotiating with, and hiring healthcare professionals for travel assignments. The Recruiter will execute independent recruiting strategies to increase revenue and build sound relationships with field staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and relationship management.
• Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet targets.
• Effective phone presence, problem-solving, negotiation and sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments from all sources through prospecting and referrals.
• Sell assignments to prospective travelers using a consultative approach.
• Implement independent recruiting strategies to screen and evaluate candidates based on client needs.
• Cultivate a network of potential healthcare professionals and maintain candidate pools.
• Negotiate compensation packages with professionals while maintaining margins.
• Build relationships and use tools (email, social media) to expand the candidate pipeline.
• Attend events and produce weekly recruitment reports as required.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure traveler satisfaction on assignments.
