Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The role focuses on recruiting, screening, negotiating with and hiring healthcare professionals, and building relationships with field staff to maximize candidate flow.

The position offers a base salary of $47,500 plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning $75,000+ in their first year as you grow your book of business. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in staffing and building talent pipelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments from all sources.
• Sell assignments to prospective travelers using a consultative approach.
• Develop independent recruiting strategies and evaluate candidates based on client needs.
• Cultivate a network of potential healthcare professionals and maintain candidate pools.
• Negotiate compensation packages with HCPs and maintain margins.
• Attend events and manage weekly recruitment reports as needed.
