You will execute independent recruiting strategies to increase revenue and profitability, build relationships with field staff, generate referrals and maintain candidate pools. The role emphasizes consultative selling, meeting client needs, and achieving weekly productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and candidate onboarding.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prospect, network and build candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments from multiple sources.
• Sell assignments to travelers using a consultative approach.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on client needs.
• Negotiate compensation while maintaining margins.
• Develop strategies to expand candidate network and referrals.
• Meet weekly productivity metrics and maintain candidate databases.
