Qualifications

  • 2 years of cumulative experience or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience required.
  • 3-5 years of Agency Travel Nursing recruitment experience preferred.

We Are Hiring
  • Department: Talent Acquisition
  • Schedule: Days, Monday-Friday, Full Time
  • Location: Remote (ideally resides or able to work in CST or EST)
What You Will Do

As a Talent Advisor and Recruiter with Ascension you will assess organizational strategic plans, develop recruitment strategies to meet short and long term hiring goals, and achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets. In this role, our Talent Advisor will support our internal Ascension Travel Program with nursing and allied recruitment.

  • Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establish external relationships.
  • Consult with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements and preferences.
  • Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads and develop lists of potential candidates.
  • Screen, schedule interviews and deliver offers
  • Work to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates.
  • Manage a high volume of work in multiple different specialties.
  • Meets recruitment metrics and goals monthly.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
  • 3-5 years of Agency Travel Nursing recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • ICIMS and/or Einstein experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a fast pace environment with multiple TA systems and processes.
  • Skills: organization, communication, customer service, efficient, detailed.
