American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a neuro and cardiac facility in Washington. CNMT certification and at least 1 year of experience are required. Responsibilities include brain scans and myocardial studies, with DaTscans and cardiac work considered a plus.

The team uses Epic EMR and requires comfort with PPE and isolation precautions. Shift is 5x8 days, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with travel between sister facilities; first-time travelers welcome and

Qualifications

• CNMT certification and BLS required.
• At least 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience.
• Must be able to work independently.
• WA State License required if applicable.
• Experience with shunt and abdominal imaging preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work in a nuclear medicine department within a neuro and cardiac facility.
• Adult patient population in a clinic setting.
• Specialized in nuclear cardiology, brain scans, cerebral blood flow and myocardial studies.
• Procedures include exercise/rest single and multiple studies and pharmacological stress testing.
• Experience with DaTscans and cardiac work is helpful.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• 5x8 day shift schedule, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• No weekends required.
• No call required unless desired.
• Potential to float between sister facilities.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
• All scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process.
• Two supervisory references required.
• Former Providence permanent employees must be separated from health system for 3 months to qualify for travel position.
• Returning staff must wait 3 months and reside outside 50 mile radius.
• Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required
• Must be able to work independently
• Current BLS and CNMT certification required
• PET certification preferred
• WA State License required if applicable
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Skills in shunt and abdominal imaging; ventricular imaging experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with isolation precautions and PPE protocols
