Aya Healthcare seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapist - NICU (RRT-NICU) for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, IN. Shift is Nights with a 4×12-hour schedule (19:00–07:30).

Start date: 11/02/2026 at a Children’s facility (Level 1 Trauma, 456 beds). Eligible benefits include premium medical, dental, vision and life insurance from day one, 401(k) match, housing options or stipends, paid sick time and CEU access.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in respiratory therapy or NICU setting.
• RN/RRT credentialing as applicable per facility policy.
• Strong familiarity with pediatric NICU respiratory care equipment and protocols.
