Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an RRT-NICU in Indianapolis, IN. The position offers a nights shift with 3 x 12-hour blocks (19:00–07:30) and a 13-week assignment in a Level 1 Children's facility, Cerner charting, and a start date of 11/02/2026.

Required: 1 year experience, BLS/NRP/RRT/ACLS certifications and strong skills in aerosol setup, trach care, CPAP/BIPAP, extubation, and weaning from mechanical ventilation. Paid housing options and premium benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Respiratory/NICU settings.
• Current BLS, NRP, RRT, ACLS certifications.
• Proficient with aerosol therapies, CPAP, BIPAP, and ventilator weaning.
