Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel nurse RN in NICU for a 12-week assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The NICU RN will provide specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent NICU RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• BLS certification current.
• NRP certification current.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill and premature newborns, documenting changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per NICU standards.
• Perform neonatal assessments and weight checks with specialized screenings.
• Operate NICU equipment such as ventilators and CPAP machines.
• Educate and support families on neonatal care and feeding techniques.
