Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a NICU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Current NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill and premature newborns.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform neonatal assessments and screenings.
• Operate NICU equipment (ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps).
• Educate families on neonatal care and development.
