Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a NICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves advanced neonatal care, family education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The position requires 1+ year NICU experience, valid RN license, BLS and NRP certification. Expect 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel benefits as part of a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a neonatal intensive care RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill and premature newborns; document conditions and responses.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per NICU practice.
• Operate and manage NICU equipment (ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps).
• Educate and support parents on neonatal care, feeding, and development.
